There will be a special trustee meeting on July 18, 2024 at 7:00pm for the Tate Township Trustees to discuss grants. They will meet in the Bethel-Tate Fire Department meeting room at 149 N. East Street, Bethel.
Public Tate Township Zoning Meeting 7/10/2024
The Tate Township Zoning Commission will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Bethel-Tate Firehouse located at 149 North East St., Bethel, Ohio.
The purpose of this meeting is to consider an amendment to the zoning resolution to include a section regarding solar regulations. The solar regulations will be on file at the Bethel-Tate Firehouse located at 149 N. East St., Bethel, Ohio for public examination for a period of ten (10) days prior to the public meeting. Additionally, these regulations can be found on the Township’s website. After this public hearing by the Zoning Commission, this matter will be submitted to the Board of Tate Township Trustees for its action.

Special Trustee Meeting 6/28/24
There will be a special meeting of the Tate Township Trustees on Friday, June 28, 2024 at 5:00pm at the Bethel-Tate Fire Department meeting room, 149 N East St, Bethel. This meeting is regarding the Police levy resolution of necessity.
Vandament Rd Closures 6/24-6/28/24
Vandament Road will be closed for long periods of time from 6/24/24 through 6/28/24 between the hours of 7:00 am. and 5:00 pm.
Special Trustee Meeting 6/24/2024
The Tate Township Trustees will hold a special meeting on Monday, 6/24/2024, at 1:30pm. regarding the police levy. They will meet in the Bethel-Tate Fire Department meeting room at 149 N. East Street, Bethel.
Special Trustee Meeting 6/26/24
The Tate Township Trustees will hold a special meeting to meet with a representative from the Ryan Company on Vandament Road next Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 11:00am to discuss road repairs.
Approved Meeting Minutes Posted
The meeting minutes for the Tate Township Trustee Meetings held on 5/14/24, 5/28/24, 6/4/24, 6/9/24 were approved by the trustees at Tuesday’s meeting. Meeting minutes must always be approved by the board before they are allowed to be posted. Approved minutes can be found on the Trustee Meetings Page.
Draft Solar Resolution Posted
A DRAFT copy of the Tate Township Solar Resolution 2024 has been temporarily posted to the Zoning and Appeals page of the township website. This should be used by residents to review before the Zoning Commission Meeting.
Clermont County Scrap Tire Disposal Event
The Adams-Clermont Solid Waste District will be hosting a scrap tire collection event on Friday September 13 and Saturday September 14, 2024 at the Clermont County Fairgrounds located at 1000 Locust Street in Owensville. Hours of operation will be 8AM – 2PM. This years event is funded by the Adams-Clermont Solid Waste District. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this service to rid their property of accumulated tires which are not only unsightly, but can pose an environmental and potential health risk.
The following disposal fees will be collected in cash from the resident at the time of unloading:
$1.00 for car/SUV/light truck/trailer/ATV tires
$10.00 for commercial-type vehicle tires (semi tractor-trailers, dump trucks, etc.)
$20.00 for tractor tires (must be cut in half if larger than 60″ outside diameter)
No additional fees will be imposed for tires that are mounted on rims, but participants should separate on-rim tires and off-rim tires in advance for ease of disposal at the drop-off site. Residents may be responsible for unloading any tires they bring to the location.
