
The Tate Township Trustees will hold a special meeting on Friday, November 15, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Bethel-Tate Firehouse meeting room to identify roads in need of improvements.
The Clermont County Engineers office has scheduled necessary road closures on sections of Swings Corner-Pt Isabel Road.

The ALB Eradication Project Tree Giveaway will be giving up to five 2′ to 5′ tall trees to any address within the Tate Township area while supplies last through a partnership with People’s Nursery. Recipients are expected to plant and care for these trees on their property. Up to 5 trees will be available for pick up on Friday, October 25 from 8 am-4 pm. and on Saturday, October 26 from 9 am-1 pm.

The Tate Township Trustees will hold a 2nd meeting each month. The added meeting will be held on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 7:00pm beginning this month on Tuesday, October 22, 2024. The regular meeting location is in the meeting room of the Bethel-Tate Fire Department, 149 N.East Street, Bethel. The public is always welcome to attend.

They are asking for public input regarding medical marijuana businesses in Tate Township and proposed loud noise zoning regulation.
The Tate Township Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, July 31, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Bethel-Tate Firehouse located at 149 North East St., Bethel, Ohio prior to the meeting regarding the solar resolution. This meeting is regarding the Police levy Resolution to proceed.
Additionally, the purpose of this meeting is to consider an amendment to the zoning resolution to include a section regarding solar regulations. The solar regulations will be on file at the Bethel-Tate Firehouse located at 149 N. East St., Bethel, Ohio for public examination for a period of ten (10) days prior to the public meeting. Additionally, these regulations can be found on the Township’s website. After hearing public comment, the Board of Trustees will consider the recommendations of the Zoning Commission and decide whether to adopt, reject, or modify the proposed solar resolution.

The Tate Township Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Bethel-Tate Firehouse located at 149 North East St., Bethel, Ohio regarding the Police Levy resolution of necessity.
Ohio Govenor Mike DeWine has announced they will extend the 2024 sales tax holiday this year to 10 days. The extension will take place from 12:00 midnight on Tuesday July 30th, through 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, August 8th. The sales tax holiday is intended to help families that are purchasing items that children may need for the upcoming school year.
During the 2024 sales tax holiday, qualifying items must be tangible personal property priced at $500 or less. There’s no restriction on the total purchase amount, as eligibility is individually assessed item by item. Sales of dine-in food at restaurants are included. However, taxable services, titled watercraft, motor vehicles, alcoholic beverages, tobacco, vapor products, and items containing marijuana are excluded.
