Tuesday, November 8, 2022 is election day.  The polls will be open for in-person voting from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Information on early voting, poll location, sample ballots, and election results are all available on the Clermont County Board of Elections webpage.

Veteran’s Day is Friday, November 11, 2022. Originally was named Armistice Day but was amended in 1954 to be called Veteran’s Day, becoming a day to honor American Veterans of all wars.  The original concept was for a day observed with parades and public meetings and a brief suspension of business beginning at 11:00 am.  The eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month.

A celebration to honor America’s veterans for their patriotism, love of country, and willingness to serve and sacrifice for the common good.

• Vote: Honor the principles on which our nation was built by casting your vote.
• Support a Veteran:
  • Thank them for their service
  • Go to or participate in a parade or other Veteran’s Day celebration.
