The Clermont County Engineer’s office has scheduled culvert replacements on Swings Corner – Point Isabel Road to start September 10th through October 5th during the week from the hours of 7:00 am – 5:00 pm.  Be aware when traveling during those hours that different sections of the road will close as the crew replaces several culverts on that road.  Detour Map can be found here…Swings Corner Culvert replacement Detour Map
