LEGAL NOTICE

The TATE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Tuesday June 17, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Bethel-Tate Fire Department located at 149 N East St Bethel, OH 45106.
 
The purpose of such a hearing is to consider an application for an AREA VARIANCE on Zoning Case 1873SB requested by Steven Riddle of Solar Energy Solutions, LLC 1038 Brentwood Ct. Suite B Lexington, KY 40511 for installation of a PRIVATE GROUND MOUNT SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEM located at 3173 Reisinger Rd Bethel, OH 45106, Clermont County P.I.N. 323019E008 consisting of 5.58 acres in an Agricultural “A” District. The requested VARIANCE from Article VI Section 14.6(B)(1) of the Tate Township Zoning Resolution, as amended July, 2024, is to allow the construction in the side yard forward of the rear building line of the principle residential structure.
 
Interested parties are invited to attend and voice their opinion regarding this matter. The application and materials to this request will be available for public review on or after June 6, 2025 at the Tate Township Zoning Department located at 146 N East St Bethel, OH 45106 during normal business hours, or at other times by requesting an appointment.
