As of 4:26 PM Tuesday April 15, 2025 the application for a Use Variance to allow for commercial activity of mechanic work/light fabrication and welding from an accessory building Zoning Case 1826SB has been formally withdrawn by the applicant.  No further action will be taken on this matter, and no Variance or Conditional Use Permit will be issued by the Board of Zoning Appeals or Zoning Inspector of Tate Township.  As such, this matter is now officially closed and there will be no public hearing(s) on the case.
