04/15/2025 – Board of Zoning Appeals Public Hearing

The TATE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Tuesday April 15, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Bethel-Tate Fire Department located at 149 N East St Bethel, OH 45106.

The purpose of such a hearing is to consider an application for a USE VARIANCE Zoning Case 1826SB requested by Mr. Jeffrey Gaffney located at 2531 Thicket Dr Bethel, OH 45106, Clermont County P.I.N. 323013J133 Lot #48 of the Poplar Ridge Subdivision, to allow for commercial activity of mechanic work/light fabrication and welding from an accessory building on his property.

Interested parties are invited to attend and voice their opinion regarding this matter.  The application and materials to this request will be available for public review during normal business hours by April 4, 2025 9:00 AM at the Bethel-Tate Fire Department Conference Room 149 N East St Bethel, OH 45106.  Requests for further information may be directed to the Tate Township Zoning Department at 513-734-0618.
