LEGAL NOTICE

The TATE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Wednesday September 30, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Bethel-Tate Fire Department located at 149 N East St Bethel, OH 45106.

The purpose of such a hearing is to consider Zoning Case 1905SB, an application for a CONDITIONAL USE HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT, requested by the Applicant Jeremy Trester owner and resident of 2350 State Route 133 Bethel, OH 45106, Clermont County P.I.N. 323008C026 consisting of 11 Acres in an Agricultural “A” District. The Applicant requests said permit pursuant to Article VI Section 1(B)(10) of the Tate Township Zoning Resolution for the purpose of establishing a licensed automobile dealership operation from an accessory building on his property.

Interested parties are invited to attend and voice their opinion regarding this matter. The application and materials to this matter will be available for public review on or after September 13, 2025, at the Tate Township Zoning Department located at 146 N East St Bethel, OH 45106 during normal business hours.
