LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the TATE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Zoning Case 1876SB, initiated by Resolution 2025-527 of the Board of Trustees of Tate Township, to HEAR PUBLIC INPUT, and to CONSIDER the RECOMMENDATIONS of the TATE TOWNSHIP ZONING COMMISSION and the CLERMONT COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION, on the Zoning Text Amendment to the Tate Township Zoning Resolution to ADD A DEFINITION for “Office Use” to Article III and to ADD “Office Use” as a PERMITTED USE under Article VI Section 5. Commercial “C-1” District.

The PUBLIC HEARING will be held August 5, 2025, 5:30 PM in the Tate Township Fire Department Meeting Room at 149 N. East St. Bethel, Ohio 45106.
