LEGAL NOTICE

The TATE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Tuesday July 15, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Bethel-Tate Fire Department located at 149 N East St Bethel, OH 45106.

The purpose of such a hearing is to consider an application for a CONDITIONAL USE HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT on Zoning Case 1882SB requested by the Applicant Brian Kirchmer owner and resident of 1950 Antioch Rd Hamersville, OH 45130, Clermont County P.I.N. 323005G067 consisting of 6.702 Acres in an Agricultural “A” District. The Applicant requests said Conditional Use Home Occupation permit for the purpose of operating a Custom Furniture and Woodworking Shop from an Accessory Building in accordance with Article VI Section 1(B)(10) of the Tate Township Zoning Resolution.

Interested parties are invited to attend and voice their opinion regarding this matter. The application and materials to this matter will be available for public review on or after July 5, 2025, at the Tate Township Zoning Department located at 146 N East St Bethel, OH 45106 during normal business hours.
