LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the TATE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Zoning Case 1847SB, initiated by resolution 2025-0408 of the Board of Trustees of Tate Township, to HEAR PUBLIC INPUT, and to CONSIDER the RECOMMENDATIONS of the TATE TOWNSHIP ZONING COMMISSION and the CLERMONT COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION, on the Zoning Map Amendment to REZONE three parcels from Commercial “C-1” to Agricultural “A”.
The three parcels to be REZONED are: P.I.N. 323008D040, better known as 2277 State Route 133 Bethel, OH 45106, consisting of 0.5588 acre owned by Timothy Dean & Natalie Colette Koehler, and two adjoining parcels P.I.N. 323008D057 consisting of 0.028 acre owned by Karma Electric Inc of Newport, KY, and 323008D015 consisting of 0.017 acre owned by John Napier whose address is unknown.
The PUBLIC HEARING will be held June 24TH, 2025, 7:00 PM in the Tate Township Fire Department Meeting Room at 149 N. East St. Bethel, Ohio 45106. For more information contact the Tate Township Zoning Department at 513-734-0618 during normal business hours.
