February 4th, 2025  Zoning Commission Meeting

We were fortunate to receive a kick-off presentation by Andy Juengling from McBride, Dale, Clarion.  MDC is the planning consultant firm that has been engaged to complete Tate Township’s first ever Comprehensive Land Use & Development Plan, and the subsequent updating and modernization of our Zoning Resolution.

I look forward to hearing Tate Township’s feedback in the forthcoming surveys and public forums, and getting a better view of the vision for the future of our home community!  More announcements will be coming soon.  MDC and I will be working together to keep you all as informed as we can about the process and when and were you can get involved.
